Founded with a mission to empower and unify Flaggers, APSA serves as a professional membership association committed to training, certifying, and supporting individuals in the field of traffic management. We proudly represent a growing community of Certified Flaggers, many of whom are returning citizens, veterans, and individuals seeking meaningful, skilled employment. Through advocacy, education, and community partnerships, APSA connects its members with industry-leading resources, employment opportunities, ongoing professional development, and exclusive member benefits. Our organization sets the standard for ethical conduct, workplace safety, and excellence in the traffic control industry. APSA Founder Dr. Joyce Bellamy not only certifies flaggers but is building a movement—one grounded in integrity, unity, and the shared goal of making every work zone a safer place for workers, drivers, and pedestrians. |
